Our Story

We built thesystem we neededon tournament day.

Moneyball Brackets started with a simple observation: the competition is exciting. The confusion around it shouldn't be.

The reason we began

Tournament day should feel like competition.

We created Moneyball Pickleball Pro after seeing what happens when a great event is held together by disconnected tools. Players wait for answers. Organizers become the help desk. The game gets buried under the logistics.

Players need clarity

Players should be able to see their schedule, court, opponent, score, standings, bracket path, and next step without chasing someone down between matches.

Organizers need control

Organizers should not have to reconcile spreadsheets, paper scorecards, brackets, court assignments, payments, and constant update requests by hand.

groups

Everyone needs one source

The same event information should move with the tournament—from registration and check-in to the final result and the last payout.

One connected tournament system

01 / THE CONNECTION

So we built the connection.

Moneyball Pickleball Pro brings the player and organizer sides of a tournament into the same system. The app keeps people connected at the venue. The web interface gives organizers the detail and control needed to run the operation behind it.

Players can discover events, register, find partners, follow matches, receive updates, and know exactly where they stand. Organizers can manage registrations, players, courts, matches, scoring, brackets, communications, tours, reporting, and DUPR workflows.

The trust layer

A score should be verified before it moves the tournament.

Accuracy is not a nice-to-have when one result can change a standing, a bracket, a court assignment, or a player’s next match.

01 / ENTER

Score is submitted

A player can enter the result through the app or the connected QR scoring experience.

02 / CHECK

Both sides review

The result is not accepted solely on one player’s word. Opponents have the opportunity to verify it.

03 / CONFIRM

Result becomes official

Once confirmed, the score becomes a trusted part of the event record.

04 / MOVE

The event updates

Standings, brackets, advancement, court assignments, and notifications respond together.

That is the difference between recording a score and running a tournament. The result is connected to everything that happens next.

02 / THE EXPERIENCE

Make the technology disappear so the game can show up.

A better tournament experience is not about putting more buttons on a screen. It is about giving the right person the right answer at the right moment.

Less confusion. Better communication. Verified results. A better tournament experience.

Clarity is a feature

When players know what is happening and organizers can see the whole operation, the venue gets calmer and the competition gets better.

Trust is built into the flow

Scores, payments, notifications, and results should leave a clear trail. Good systems make accountability feel natural.

tune

Control belongs to the organizer

Automation should remove repetitive work while keeping the person running the event in charge of the decisions that matter.
